Steel grating can be made by manual welding or machine welding, which arranges the bearing bar and cross bar in longitude and latitude order at specific distances. The cross bar is pressed into the bearing bar by high tension resistance welding controlled by mould/computer.
Flat steel is generally cold rolled Q235 flat steel, but can also be hot rolled I flat steel, tooth flat steel, inclined flat steel, stainless steel flat steel and other specifications. The bar is generally twisted square steel, square steel, round steel, flat steel, etc. Surface treatments include: hot galvanizing, cold galvanizing, spray model, spray paint, dip anti-rust oil to prevent oxidation rust (stainless steel typically requires no treatment, with most stainless steel surfaces receiving polishing treatment).
